He can generally offer medical examination appointments with as little as 24 hours notice.

All applicants for CASA medical certificates should complete the medical questionnaire on the CASA website prior to their appointment. This can be found at – https://mrs.casa.gov.au/Applicant

A common error involves failing to correctly submit the questionnaire – applicants need to ensure that they have received email confirmation of their submission of a fully-completed application (rather than a partially-completed application). If an applicant is unsure about a particular question, this should answered with the “Unsure” option and submitted. Unfortunately the CASA system does not allow the examination to progress unless the submission step is completed correctly.
